SAP CRM Consultant
Role Description:Aerospace Exp is a plus• Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP CRM components, including BOL/GENIL models, Web UI enhancements, and CRM-specific business logic. • Maintain and enhance CRM middleware, including debugging of queues and BDOCs. • Develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms related to SAP CRM. • Collaborate with functional teams to clarify requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. • Participate in integration efforts using IDocs, BAPIs, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).• Perform debugging and troubleshooting within SAP CRM and connected systems. • Ensure transport requests comply with coding standards and change management procedures. • Prepare technical documentation for developed CRM objects and interfaces. • Support unit and integration testing cycles with thorough issue resolution. • Contribute to performance tuning and optimization of CRM solutions. • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing with peers.
