RevOps StrategistRole SummaryThe RevOps Strategist leads client-facing HubSpot strategy and implementation across all Hubs. This role combines client strategy, technical configuration, and project management to optimize revenue operations across the customer lifecycle. You’ll translate go-to-market objectives into scalable processes, implement solutions in HubSpot, and own delivery to ensure clients realize value on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities• Understand each client’s business and design scalable HubSpot systems that translate their goals into effective configurations, integrations, automations, data management, and reporting across all Hubs.• Drive revenue operations strategy across the full customer lifecycle. Map and optimize lead routing, nurturing, and management processes. • Build marketing and sales reporting frameworks that improve visibility into funnel performance, pipeline efficiency, and customer retention. • Lead client onboarding and establish an ongoing communication cadence. Confirm scope, success criteria, stakeholders, and communication preferences. • Act as the project manager for your accounts: own timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination to keep projects on track and within budget.• Manage all project details in project management software. Maintain tasks, update progress, close sprints, and proactively communicate risks or changes. • Deliver client training and enablement to promote HubSpot adoption, reinforce best practices, and empower teams to achieve measurable results. Milestones for SuccessThese milestones outline performance expectations for the role and provide a clear roadmap for impact within the first year. Within 30 Days• Onboard to New Breed’s frameworks, delivery processes, and HubSpot configuration standards across all Hubs.• Complete required HubSpot certifications and demonstrate proficiency with internal tools, including project management and reporting systems. • Shadow client meetings to observe onboarding workflows, revenue operations strategy discussions, and HubSpot solution design. • Begin contributing to client onboarding sessions, configuration planning, and internal project documentation. Within 90 Days• Independently lead client engagements from discovery through delivery, translating go-to-market objectives into scalable HubSpot systems.• Implement and optimize revenue operations strategies across the customer lifecycle, including lead routing, nurturing, and reporting frameworks. • Establish and maintain reporting cadences that connect marketing, sales, and service metrics to pipeline and revenue outcomes. • Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication, clear project tracking, and consistent on-time delivery. Within 1 Year• Be recognized by clients as a trusted advisor for HubSpot and RevOps strategy, known for driving measurable business outcomes and process efficiency.• Mentor peers or specialists on HubSpot configuration best practices, delivery management, and client enablement. • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for account growth and continuous improvement in client success frameworks. • Contribute to the evolution of New Breed’s RevOps methodology through new templates, playbooks, or reporting innovations. Required Qualifications• 2+ years implementing or administering HubSpot in an agency or consulting environment. • Proficiency with at least Sales Hub and Marketing Hub; working knowledge of Service Hub, with readiness to expand across all hubs.• Strong client communication skills. Proven experience translating business requirements into actionable HubSpot solutions. • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to scope work, set timelines, manage dependencies, and proactively communicate risks and progress. Work EnvironmentNew Breed is a remote-first company with a headquarters at Hula Lakeside, a net-zero innovation campus in Burlington, VT. Our team works standard business hours in Eastern Time, with occasional flexibility for collaboration.While travel isn’t a regular requirement, we create opportunities each year to connect in person at company gatherings and events. This role supports multiple client accounts and includes scheduled client calls during Eastern Time business hours.
