ResponsibilitiesAs a Retail Customer Service Expert, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.This will involve:* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes* Providing feedback on call issues* Upselling when requiredQualificationsWe're looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment* 6 months of customer service experience preferred* Over 18 years of age* Ability to type 25 wpm* High School Graduate or GED* Comfort with desktop computer systems* Proven oral and written communication skills* Logical problem-solving skills* Ability to navigate Windows operating systems* Organization and work prioritization skillsWork from Home RequirementsAs a remote employee, you'll need to meet the following requirements:* Must be able to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later, Wired Ethernet LAN connection, Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted), and a minimum of 4GB RAM* Internet Connection Requirements:+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps+ Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps+ ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms+ Proof of internet speed required+ Clean and quiet workspaceBe Part ofOur blithequark FamilyAt blithequark, we're committed to creating a culture of inclusion and diversity, where everyone feels welcome and valued.We believe that when employees are happy and healthy, they're more productive, creative, and engaged.
