Representative, Customer Service - Skilled

We’re hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support surgery product usage and billing in a fast-paced medical device environment. This fully remote role runs Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, with flexibility after training. You’ll validate product usage, process orders, resolve billing issues, and collaborate with hospital billing teams and sales reps. Accuracy, communication, and ERP experience are key.
