[Remote] Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager – Remote Role with a Technology-Forward CPA Firm

The position involves leading complex tax engagements, serving as a strategic partner to clients, and mentoring junior staff while shaping the firm's tax strategy. Responsibilities• Leading complex tax engagements for entrepreneurs, closely held businesses, and HNW individuals• Serving as a strategic partner to clients, not just a compliance resource• Providing review and sign-off on federal and multi-state returns (1040, 1120S, 1065, 1120, trusts/estates)• Playing a key role in team leadership, including coaching, mentoring, and developing senior and staff accountants• Helping shape internal processes, workflow, and long-term tax strategy as the firm scales• Acting as a point person on client relationships and internal project executionSkills• 6–12+ years of public accounting experience• Strong background working with HNW / entrepreneur-focused clients• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and operate at a strategic level• Comfortable taking ownership of client relationships and internal initiatives• CPA strongly preferred• Someone who is looking beyond a title — toward partnership and long-term impactBenefits• Health• Life• Dental• 401K Match• Flexible PTO• + moreCompany Overview• A Recruiting Company with Heart, Hustle, and High Standards.At Levelociti, we’re not just recruiters — we’re growth partners.
