High level understanding of GRC, including RCSAs, processes, risks, controls, and platform integrations. Partners with the ServiceNow platform team to ensure architecture and configuration align with policy and platform standards. Must be the most knowledgeable technical resource on IRM and GRC architecture. Should have strong experience working with integrations, workflow triggers, and cross module functionality.Nice to HaveADO experience is not required and can be learned quickly. Background in architecture for regulatory and risk driven environments.
