They are seeking a highly motivatedSenior Manager of FP&A and Strategic Finance to lead financial planning, support strategic growth initiatives, and provide financial insights to senior leadership. Responsibilities• Lead the company's long-range strategic financial planning process. • Partner with executive leadership to evaluate and execute on strategic initiatives, including new product launches, and market expansion.• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to Product Leadership and other senior leaders across the organization, providing financial insights, and supporting their decision-making. • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial models for strategic initiatives to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. • Build and maintain complex financial models to support business case analysis, and long range scenario planning. • Implement a product P&L reporting process to assess performance, identify profitability drivers, and support product lifecycle decisions on an ongoing basis.• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics to inform financial strategy and business planning. Skills• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on strategic finance, corporate development, or investment banking. Media industry experience is strongly preferred. • Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of corporate finance principles.• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership. • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of managing and developing team members. • Proficiency with financial systems (SAP Analytics Cloud strongly preferred) and advanced Excel PowerPoint and Google Suite skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Media industry experience is strongly preferred. • Proficiency with financial systems (SAP Analytics Cloud strongly preferred).
