[Remote] Seasonal Benefits Administrator

The role involves providing benefits assistance to employees, ensuring inquiries are resolved efficiently, and demonstrating a high level of specialized knowledge in benefits management. Responsibilities• Assisting internal customers (employees) with benefits inquiries. • Ensuring all benefit inquiries are resolved on first contact and escalating unresolved inquiries to Tier 2 team when necessary.Skills• 0-10+ years’ experience in contact center, customer service, human resources or equivalent experience. • Bachelor’s Degree or advanced college education in a related field• Experience working within a global organization• Schedule flexibility (support a 24x7 operations). • Internet connection before joining date with a speed range of 50-100 Mbps• Very good command and knowledge of English. • Excellent organizational and time management skills• Strong customer service focus• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required• Ability to understand benefit terms and programs• Disciplined problem-solving skills and ability to execute solutions• The ability to prioritize quality and customer experience• Quick to take action to address an issue, and demonstrate strong judgement/decision making• Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment• Detail oriented with ability to analyze, problem solve, organize and manage multiple priorities.• Experience in providing consultation and guidance on human resources, benefits, or complex employee matters. • Bachelor's degree or advanced college education in a related field included but not limited to; Human Resources, Business Administration or Organization Development. • Experience dealing with customers and exceptional use of empathy skills. • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information and adhere to strict data privacy standard.
