The role involves performing end-to-end data migration from legacy systems and ensuring data quality and accuracy. Responsibilities• Perform end-to-end data migration from legacy systems to Salesforce• Extract, transform, and upload data using tools like Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, Workbench, and ETL tools• Validate data quality, perform deduplication, and ensure data accuracy• Map fields between source systems and Salesforce objects• Troubleshoot data issues and work closely with functional and technical teamsSkills• 3–6 years of experience in Salesforce data migration• Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, relationships, data model, and security• Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and ETL tools• Good analytical and communication skills• Experience with Data Loader, Workbench, and APIs• Experience in multi-org or large data migration projects• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Sales CloudCompany Overview• IdeaHelix specializes in product development, design, testing and strategic consulting services.It was founded in 2014, and is headquartered in Fremont, California, USA, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
