The role involves leading and reviewing tax engagements for Ultra High Net Worth clients while providing strategic tax planning and managing client relationships. Responsibilities• Lead and review complex tax engagements for UHNW individuals, family groups, and real estate partnerships• Provide proactive and strategic tax planning for clients with multi-state, multi-entity, and investment-heavy profiles• Direct and mentor staff in a collaborative, low-stress environment where people actually enjoy working together• Manage client relationships—and build new ones—with a white-glove, service-first mindset• Partner closely with the firm’s leadership to shape processes, culture, and long-term growthSkills• CPA license required.• 6+ years of public accounting experience with heavy exposure to UHNW, complex individual taxation, real estate, and partnerships. • Strong technical and research skills; ability to navigate nuanced planning scenarios. • Someone who values autonomy, communication, and strong client relationships. • A relaxed, friendly professional who thrives in a casual, flexible environment. • Experience with family offices or entertainment/creative-industry clients. • Comfort working hands-on in a dynamic boutique environment.Benefits• Competitive compensation (Up to $210K Base) + annual discretionary bonus• Remote Partner Track! • Comprehensive benefits package• Professional development supportCompany Overview• A Recruiting Company with Heart, Hustle, and High Standards.
