[Remote] Reinsurance Solution Analyst

TSR Consulting is seeking a Reinsurance Solution Analyst to perform Business Analyst responsibilities for a Reinsurance Administration application. The role involves gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and collaborating with internal teams to define integration requirements and support QA testing. Responsibilities• Gathering requirements and documenting Functional Specifications and User Interface documentation. • Documenting as-is business processes using Microsoft Visio.• Defining and documenting to-be business processes. • Acting as the liaison between Business and IT. • Collaborating with internal teams for analyzing cross-functional impacts and defining integration requirements. • Providing support for QA testing and User Acceptance testing and defect resolution. • Managing the backlog of enhancement requests in JIRA. • Working with Business to prioritize enhancements. Skills• A minimum of 5 years Business Analyst experience. • A minimum of 3 years working in Reinsurance, with solid Reinsurance Underwriting, Claims, and/or Accounting Business Acumen.• Demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing requirements. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Strong attention to detail. • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Strong presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously. • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders on large initiatives. • Experience in Agile methodologies.• Experience with the DXC SICS Application a plus.
