[Remote] Professional Liability Adjuster (Fully Remote)

Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Brown & Brown is a Claims Management Third Party Administrator specializing inProfessional Liability Claims Management. They are seeking aProfessional Liability Adjuster responsible for evaluating coverage, managing claims, and overseeing defense strategies to ensure fair and bolthires-effective resolutions. Responsibilities• Reviewing various insurance policies; determine whether the carrier has a duty to provide a defense and/or indemnification to the insured; prepare coverage correspondence, if there is a duty to defend, assign approved defense counsel.• Oversee the work of defense counsel who will report generally in 90-day intervals. • Attend mediations. • Determine the most bolthires-effective way to effectuate resolution of the claims. • You will be working with and reporting to someone with 27 years legal and claims experience. • Some travel required.
