Job Description A leading Biometrics and Augmented Identity company is seeking a Product Owner to join their team. The Product Owner is responsible for driving the successful delivery of high-quality products by acting as the bridge between business objectives and technical execution. This role involves collaborating closely with development teams, stakeholders, and customers to define and prioritize features, maintain alignment with strategic goals, and ensure clarity on requirements. The Product Owner stays actively engaged with the team, supports creativity, responds to questions, and provides direction tailored to the product type. A deep understanding of the market, user needs, and business domain is essential, along with strong communication skills, the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements, and proficiency in Agile principles. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while ensuring the product roadmap delivers maximum value. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Proficiency in Jira and Confluence. Ability to prioritize multiple projects while balancing short-term demands with long-term strategy. Strong collaboration and coordination skills, comfortable working across engineering, operations, client success, and business development teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, user-friendly stories. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities. Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Agile certification (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe PO/PM)
