[Remote] PMO Analyst - US

They are seeking a detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support enterprise project management and transformation practices, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. Responsibilities• Gather, analyze, and interpret portfolio and program data to provide actionable insights for decision-making. • Support portfolio prioritization, planning, and governance activities, ensuring alignment to strategic goals.• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate progress, risks, and opportunities. • Track benefits realization and ensure project outcomes are tied to measurable business impact. • Coordinate and track key milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies across initiatives. • Assist in developing and maintaining PMO frameworks, templates, and processes aligned with the IMPACT Engine System™. • Support project scheduling, resource management, and reporting to ensure accuracy and visibility.• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and consistency across programs. • Support change and stakeholder management efforts, ensuring that messages, timelines, and impacts are clearly communicated. • Partner with transformation leads to ensure project and portfolio updates are timely, accurate, and aligned with organizational priorities. • Help create artifacts, playbooks, and tools that reinforce alignment and adoption across stakeholder groups. • Participate in project retrospectives, capturing lessons learned and improvement opportunities.• Maintain PMO repositories and knowledge bases, ensuring information is current, consistent, and accessible. • Contribute to internal GTG innovation efforts by refining templates, tools, and methodologies used across client engagements. Skills• 3–6+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or portfolio management support—consulting experience a plus. • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization, metrics tracking, and portfolio reporting. • Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Planview, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, Power BI).• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for executive audiences. • Solid understanding of project delivery lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). • Ability to balance attention to detail with a broader understanding of strategic priorities. • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred. • IMPACT Engine System™ Certification preferred (support provided if not already certified).
