Job Title:Remote Nurse/ Doctor(History Intake & Scribe)Type: Part-Time (20–30 hours/week)Compensation: $6/hourLocation Preference: South AmericaLanguages: Spanish + English (required)About the RoleOur client is seeking aRemote Nurse or Medical Doctor with strong OB/GYN experience to serve as the first clinical touchpoint for patients. In this role, you will conduct detailed history intakes prior to appointments and manage accurate, high-quality documentation directly in the clinic’s EMR system (MDLand).You will ensure that patient charts are complete, organized, and ready for the provider before the visit, enabling smooth and efficient clinical workflows. Key Responsibilities1. Remote History Intake (Phone/Video)• Conduct comprehensive pre-visit patient interviews• Document:• Chief Complaint (CC)• History of Present Illness (HPI)• Past Medical, Surgical, OB/GYN History• Update patient profiles directly in the EMR (MDLand)2. Obstetric Profiling• Document gravidity/parity history (G/P/A)• Record Last Menstrual Period (LMP)• Capture current pregnancy and gestational details accurately3.Scribing (Live & Asynchronous)• Transcribe provider notes during or shortly after patient encounters• Ensure documentation accuracy, clarity, and compliance4. Chart Preparation• Reconcile and update:• Medication lists• Allergies• Labs, imaging, and relevant reports• Prepare charts for provider review before each appointment5. Patient Education & Support• Provide standard pre-visit instructions• Answer non-clinical administrative questions (e.g., IUD prep, ultrasound prep, procedure expectations)RequirementsExperience• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience as a Nurse, or Medical Doctor• At least 2 years in OB/GYN (non-negotiable)• Experience working with Spanish-speaking patient populationsClinical Knowledge• Strong fluency in OB/GYN terminology, including:• Abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB)• Colposcopy procedures• Prenatal screenings• Gynecologic and menopausal care• Contraceptive counseling• Ability to document obstetric histories accurately and quicklyTechnical Skills• Proficiency with EMR systems (MDLand strongly preferred)• Comfortable using Zoom, Doxy, and telehealth tools• Ability to type 60+ WPM with high accuracyCommunication• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English• Active listening, empathy, and professional patient-facing toneWork Environment• HIPAA-compliant home office• Reliable high-speed internet• Quiet space suitable for patient calls and chartingWhyThis Role?• Work-from-home flexibility• Consistent 20–30 hours per week• Opportunity to work closely with a specialist OB/GYN practice• Long-term, stable client relationship• Training provided for internal workflows Apply tot his job
