[Remote] NE-Head of Business Operations & Strategy

They are seeking a hands-on strategic operator to lead the Business Operations & Strategy area, focusing on transforming insights into measurable impact across processes and growth initiatives while leveraging AI. Responsibilities• Build and lead the Business Operations & Strategy area, integrating BI, CI, and PMO capabilities• Partner with leadership to define, track, and execute strategic priorities and company-wide OKRs• Create dashboards, metrics, and frameworks that enable better decisions across teams• Lead cross-functional improvement projects — from sales and talent ops to finance and product• Identify bottlenecks and design data-informed process improvements to increase efficiency• Drive automation and AI adoption to enhance internal workflows• Build playbooks, cadences, and communication systems that keep the company aligned and accountable• Coach and develop talent within the BI/CI/PMO streamsSkills• 7+ years of experience across business strategy, operations, or data-driven leadership• Engineering degree and/or MBA or postgraduate degree in Business, Strategy, or Operations• Proven experience across data-driven business domains (BI, Data Analytics, Business Analysis), process optimization (CI or similar), and project or product management (PMO or PO)• 3+ years of experience leading projects or small teams within these domains• Strong analytical and technical foundation — ideally with experience in data tools, systems thinking, and process design• Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into measurable business and operational impact• Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels — able to zoom out and zoom in fluidly• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across functions• Bilingual (English & Spanish) — English professional proficiency required, not necessarily advanced• Entrepreneurial mindset — pragmatic, resourceful, and driven by measurable outcomes• Experience in fast-scaling tech or consulting environments• Familiarity with AI/LLMs and process automation for efficiency• Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma• Prior experience with codingBenefits• 100% remote• 4-day work week• 2 Weeks PTO• 1 Week Sick Leave• December Holidays Break• Maternity & Paternity Leave• Crypto Payment in USDT (Optional)• Many more!Company Overview• Nexton is a company specialized in graphic design, marketing and advertising services.
