As a Member of the Board of Advisors, you will provide strategic guidance and mentorship to support the company's goals while working closely with the leadership team. Responsibilities• Provide strategic guidance, industry insights, and mentorship to support the company in achieving its goals.• Attend advisory board meetings. • Contribute to strategic discussions. • Offer recommendations and leverage your expertise and network to address challenges and identify growth opportunities. • Work closely with the leadership team to align the company's objectives with its long-term vision and market trends. Skills• Strong financial and analytical skills to assess business performance and support strategic decision-making. • Experience in research and developing insights to inform strategic and operational plans.• Proven expertise in fundraising and identifying new investment opportunities for business growth. • Marketing knowledge and experience in branding, outreach, and public relations to enhance business visibility and reputation. • Established professional network and leadership experience, with a track record of success in advisory roles or executive leadership. • Deep understanding of the telecommunications industry trends, specifically within the MVNO, IoT, and CPaaS markets, is highly desirable.
