[Remote] Medicare Part B Pharmacist (Remote)

Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Prestige Staffing is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for an 8 weekRemote Contract to permanent role. The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for delivering medication management services to complex patients, involving direct patient care, protocol development, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Responsibilities • Develop medication protocols and ensure safe prescribing practices • Provide chronic disease management support (e.g., diabetes, COPD, CHF, asthma) • Participate in quality initiatives, patient interventions, and policy development • Educate patients and consult with healthcare professionals on drug therapies • Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and stay current on drug innovations • Support staff development and engage in team-based care coordination Skills • PharmD degree and active pharmacist license • Medicare Part B prescription coverage knowledge • 3+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably in clinical settings • Strong therapeutic knowledge, organizational skills, and tech proficiency • Effective communication, critical thinking, and ability to work independently and collaboratively • Licensure as a pharmacist in the state of Florida • Positive, team-oriented, and driven by quality patient outcomes • Skilled in multitasking, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity Company Overview • Prestige Staffing, a nationally recognized staff augmentation specialized in providing candidates to accomplish job openings in may fields.It was founded in 1999, and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
