[Remote] Investor Relations Multifamily Investments (Remote)

They are seeking a high-performing Investor Relations Associate to source and advise accredited investors, manage relationships, and drive capital raising efforts. Responsibilities• Source investors thru various marketing channels that you will design, launch and initiate• Conduct investor intro and follow-up calls• Build and manage your own pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, and networking• Maintain long-term investor relationships with consistent communication and transparency• Track all touch-points, metrics, and follow-ups in CRM• Represent the firm at investor events, conferences, and webinars• Collaborate with leadership to continually refine our investor communication strategySkills• 3+ years of capital raising sales experience• Proven capital raising experience (must have raised at least $5-10 million) and a history of managing investor relations and shareholder communications• A confident communicator who loves connecting with people• Experienced in high-value investment sales, capital raising, or private placements• Deep understanding of Multifamily and real economics• Results-oriented with a bias for action and follow-through• Emotionally intelligent you can read people as well as numbers• Driven by growth, not comfort.You want to build something that mattersBenefits• Travel and education expenses covered (investor events, conferences, professional development). • Long-term upside through equity participation in deals.
