Remote HR & Insurance Coordinator - ABA Therapy

What You'll Do:You'll be our go-to helper for keeping things running smoothly – think onboarding new team members, chatting with insurance folks, and double-checking notes so everyone stays on track. It's rewarding work that directly supports our therapists and families. Key Responsibilities:• Handle fun onboarding, staff files, and compliance paperwork.• Manage credentialing, renewals, and background checks. • Team up with insurance companies on approvals and claims. • Review session notes to make sure they're bolthires-on. • Keep our ABA data platform (like CentralReach) up to date. • Track trainings, rosters, and expirations. Help with scheduling and keeping everyone connected. What We're Looking For:• 1+ year in healthcare, ABA, or HR – bonus if you've done credentialing! • Comfort with data platforms and working solo from home.
