Remote HIM/OnBase Analyst, III

Job DescriptionOne of Insight Globals customers is looking to onboard an HIM/OnBase Analyst, III to provide advanced support for OnBase solutions, integrations, and workflow automation. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in OnBase administration and development, combined with a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn. They will provide ongoing support for OnBase applications, including troubleshooting and resolving tickets, assist with building and maintaining workflows, leveraging OnBase App Builder and automation tools, and support and maintain integrations between OnBase and Epic or other systems using APIs, HL7, and FHIR standards.This is a permanent and remote opportunity with quarterly travel. OnBase certification required (Professional or Expert level in Administrator Series or Healthcare Admin Series). Hands-on experience with API integrations, HL7, or FHIR standards; familiarity with RPA tools.Ability to create and maintain integrations between OnBase and Epic or other systems. Strong organizational skills, self-starter attitude, and willingness to learn and grow. Nice To Have Skills & ExperienceExperience with OnBase Workflow Series (preferred)Experience with Unity API and REST API (bonus). Background in Health Information Management (HIM), specifically ROI and Identity workflows. Experience supporting Community Connect environments.
