[Remote] Freelance Remote Sports Broadcaster – Soccer

HomeTeam Network is looking for a USA Based freelance play-by-play and color commentator to join our remote broadcast team for live soccer coverage. You’ll be calling matches streamed through our cloud-based system, delivering high-quality commentary from your home setup. Responsibilities• Deliver engaging, knowledgeable commentary for live soccer matches (men’s and women’s leagues). • Collaborate with a remote production team via online comms• Maintain professional, reliable broadcast quality from your home studio.Skills• Proven experience in remote live sports broadcasting• Deep understanding of soccer around the world, rules, structure, and terminology. • Consistent availability for scheduled live matches (primarily evenings and weekends). • Microphone: Broadcast-quality dynamic or condenser mic• Audio Interface: USB or XLR interface (e.g., Focusrite Scarlett, Audient EVO, or similar). • Headphones: Closed-back monitoring headphones• Internet: Minimum 10 Mbps upload speed, hardwired connection preferred (no Wi-Fi).• Environment: Quiet, echo-free recording space with minimal background noise.
