The role involves driving regional premium growth, managing agent relationships, and collaborating with underwriting and service teams to achieve aggressive goals. Responsibilities• Drive regional premium growth by developing retail agent partnerships, increasing engagement, and identifying new business opportunities.• Own and manage agent relationships, serving as the main point of contact for submissions, training, and ongoing support. • Collaborate with underwriting and service teams to ensure smooth execution, efficient production, and achievement of aggressive GWP goals. Skills• 3+ years of experience in E&S commercial insurance, ideally within an MGA, wholesale, or binding authority environment. • Proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with independent retail agents and consistently hitting growth or premium targets.• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a territory with significant growth potential, leveraging strong underwriting and service support. • CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCATED IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIACompany Overview• JCW Group is a recruitment company that offers talent solutions to businesses.
