[Remote] Enterprise Customer Success Manager (US time zone)

They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to uncover growth opportunities among current clients, ensuring successful product usage, customer retention, and overall satisfaction. Responsibilities• Collaborate with the sales and support team to guarantee a seamless transition and onboarding process for new clients.• Effortlessly manage the entire sales process to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts. • Analyze usage patterns to identify potential renewal challenges and enhance user engagement. • Focus on the highest retention for existing logos. • Expand business development globally. • Collaborate with the engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive operations. • Build trusting relationships with clients to benefit both parties. • Conduct demos and PoCs with our Tech team representatives.• Measure, analyze, and improve sales metrics.
