If you love animals, enjoy engaging with dogs of all breeds and sizes, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is perfect for you!Responsibilities• Provide attentive and loving care to dogs, including feeding, walking, playing, and administering medication if necessary• Follow specific care instructions provided by pet owners to ensure each dog’s unique needs are met• Monitor dogs’ behavior and health, recognizing signs of distress or illness and reporting concerns promptly• Engage dogs in stimulating activities to promote mental and physical well-being• Maintain a safe environment by properly handling animals using animal restraint techniques when needed• Communicate regularly with pet owners through updates and photos to reassure them of their pets’ happiness and safety• Manage pet care supplies and ensure cleanliness of the pet’s living area during visitsSkills• Strong animal handling skills with the ability to manage dogs of various temperaments and sizes• Experience in dog training or pet sitting that demonstrates patience and effective communication with animals• Veterinary experience or background as a veterinary technician or assistant is highly desirable for understanding health concerns• Knowledge of animal restraint techniques, pet grooming, and basic veterinary procedures• Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary (e.g., lifting dogs or supplies) safely and confidently• Excellent customer service skills to build trust with pet owners and address their concerns professionally• Familiarity with kennel experience or animal care environments that require attention to detail and responsibilityPay: From $1,000.00 per monthBenefits:• Flexible schedule• Referral programEducation:• High school or equivalent (Required)Work Location:Remote Apply tot his job
