[Remote] Designer (Presentations + Marketing)

Solomon Page is a specialty niche provider of staffing and executive search solutions, and they are seeking a Designer to join a major Media & Entertainment brand's creative team. The role involves creating impactful presentations and marketing materials while collaborating closely with various teams to enhance brand storytelling across global touchpoints. Responsibilities• Create impactful visual decks, sales materials, and one-sheets that clearly communicate complex ideas and align with brand standards• Design and produce visuals for client hospitality events, industry trade shows, and internal gatherings — including invitations, microsites, signage, and branded premiums• Translate research, marketing, and sales insights into visually compelling narratives that support go-to-market and sponsorship initiatives• Manage multiple timelines and deliverables, track progress within the project management system, and ensure timely completion and organization of files• Partner closely with marketing, sales, and events teams to deliver creative that reflects brand identity while introducing fresh and innovative ideasSkills• PowerPoint Expertise:Advanced experience developing presentations, templates, and design systems; ability to create clear, editorial-style layouts from dense content• Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for producing presentation graphics and event collateral across digital and print• Project Management Tools: Experience managing tasks and timelines in platforms like Monday.com, Airtable, or similar systems• Communication & Organization: Strong file management, attention to detail, and proactive communication in a remote work environment• Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of typography, layout, and information design; ability to maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh visual ideas• Degree not required; portfolio demonstrating relevant design and presentation work strongly preferred• No minimum years of experience required — focus is on creative ability, design thinking, and execution quality• Experience with tools like Slack, Splash, Ceros, or Figma• Familiarity with motion or 3D design (After Effects or similar)• Understanding of event design production and vendor coordinationBenefits• Medical• Dental• 401(k)• Direct deposit• Commuter benefitsCompany Overview• Founded in 1990, Solomon Page is a leading staffing and executive search firm headquartered in New York City with offices across the United States.It was founded in 1990, and is headquartered in New York, New York, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
