[Remote] (Dayshift WFH) Systems Administrator

This role focuses on managing and supporting key platforms critical to construction and procurement operations, ensuring smooth operation, user support, and continuous improvement of digital tools across project teams. Responsibilities Act as the primary administrator for EstimateOne, ProcurePro, and Viewpoint Teams Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations for each platform Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for system users Coordinate with software vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regular backups across platforms Monitor system performance and implement best practices for efficiency and security Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new users Identify and recommend improvements to workflows and system usage Support integration efforts between platforms (if applicable) Skills Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar IT support/operations role Familiarity with construction management or project delivery platforms is highly desirable Strong understanding of cloud-based SaaS platforms and user administration Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills for user training and support Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities Experience with EstimateOne, ProcurePro, or Viewpoint Teams (preferred but not mandatory) Understanding of construction industry workflows and documentation processes Company Overview We are Get My Course, we help students and professionals reach their full career potential by assisting them in getting nationally recognised certifications to boost their career paths.It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in Loganholme, Queensland, AUS, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
