Positions Schedule• Wednesday: In the Chantilly office 8AM-5PM (one hour lunch break)• M, Tu, Th, Fr:Remote work from home 8-5PM (one hour lunch breakJob RoleWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher that is positive, detail-oriented, and wants to join a successful team in Chantilly, VA.The CSR/Dispatcher's duties include but are not limited to:• Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule• Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician’s schedule as needed• Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff and responding to special requirements• Match type of service required with availability, location and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability and efficiency• Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base• Being a good teammate to coworkers• Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them a lifelong customerRequirements• Previous experience in a call center• Must be able to type ~70 wpm• MUST like talking with people and making them happy by using great communication skills• Ability to work independently as well as within a team• Be familiar with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to think proactivelyRemote Work RequirementsSSI will provide a laptop and cell phone but candidates must provide:• High Speed internet• Quiet Workspace with minimal background noiseCompensation• This job starting hourly is between $17-20/hr based on experience (negotiable based on experience)• There are a lot of commission opportunities for this position as well which average an additional $100-$1000+ per monthBenefits• Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD & Life Insurance• 401k retirement with match• 7 Paid Holiday’s per year• Paid Vacation & Personal Days• Continued education with periodic classes Apply tot his job
