[Remote] Corporate Accounting Manager (100% Remote)

The role involves leading global consolidated financial reporting, managing financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, and mentoring junior accounting staff. Responsibilities• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP• Manage global month-end and year-end close, general ledger oversight, and intercompany reconciliations• Lead accounting for business combinations, foreign currency translation, and ASC 606 revenue• Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors and technical accounting matters• Strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and accounting processes• Support tax compliance, budgeting, and forecasting activities• Drive ERP improvements and accounting system optimization• Mentor and develop junior accounting staffSkills• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance + Active CPA• 6–8 years of experience including public accounting and corporate accounting• Proven experience consolidating multiple global entities• Strong US GAAP and technical accounting background (ASC 606, ASC 805, etc.)• Experience with accounting systems/ERPs (NetSuite or similar)• Ability to operate independently in a remote, multicultural setting• Experience in technology, software, or SaaS environments is a plusCompany Overview• Origin Staffing provides exemplary direct-hire (both contingent & retained) recruiting services.It was founded in 2019, and is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, US, with a workforce of 2-10 employees.
