[Remote] Cloud Financial Operations Director

Hirewell is a world-class SaaS company seeking a Cloud Financial Operations Director to build and lead a mature, enterprise-grade FinOps function. This role will support cloud financial strategy, bolthires optimization, and long-range forecasting across a global cloud infrastructure and services environment. Responsibilities• Lead and evolve the company’s FinOps practice across all major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)• Own subscription gross margin modeling and analysis, including cloud hosting, support, and operations spend• Develop a 5-year financial model tied to cloud infrastructure, performance, and profitability• Actively monitor and reduce cloud costs through automation, vendor incentives, tagging/governance, and tooling• Build cross-functional dashboards and reporting tools for leadership visibility and accountability• Collaborate with finance, engineering, product, and procurement teams to embed FinOps into operationsSkills• 5+ years in FinOps, Cloud Financial Management, or related SaaS/cloud finance roles• Fluency in tools like CloudZero, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent• Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP pricing models and services• Exceptional communication and project management skills• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or similar; CPA or FinOps certification a plusBenefits• Full benefits: medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, short/long-term disability, life insurance• Paid time off, parental leave, and well-being programsCompany Overview• Hirewell is an online recruitment platform that connects job seekers with employers.It is a sub-organization of PRYTEK.
