[Remote] Business Systems Analyst - Executive

Responsibilities• Facilitate discussions with business units and technology teams to align on requirements. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.• Manage change control and ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. • Collaborate with architects to ensure system capabilities meet business needs. • Identify and recommend solutions for complex system-related problems. • Create and implement comprehensive test plans, ensuring quality standards are met. • Update and maintain user and technical documentation as needed. • Communicate risks, issues, and progress updates to project managers and stakeholders.
