[Remote] Business Consultant, Analytics and Quality

The Business Consultant will own customer business cases, lead change management initiatives, and ensure successful adoption of NiCE's analytics and quality solutions. Responsibilities• Deliver strategic consulting engagements that drive measurable business improvements, client satisfaction, and successful adoption of NiCE solutions.• Develop and execute business cases and value realization plans, aligning solution design, launch strategies, and success criteria with organizational priorities. • Lead change management and stakeholder engagement, securing executive sponsorship and cross-functional buy-in throughout the project lifecycle. • Provide expert advisory and project management, including financial analysis, ROI modeling, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. • Ensure program alignment and accountability, serving as the primary communication point and driving execution across consulting and implementation teams.• Drive repeat business through successful delivery, thought leadership, and credibility in advisory services.
