[Remote] Brand Specialist - French

The role involves managing vendor relationships, optimizing product lines, and driving marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and revenue on the platform. Responsibilities• Establish long term partnerships with key vendor partners for the group of vendors handled. • Partnering with the Retail Category Team and build successful communication channels at all levels, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan for the vendors.• Build and execute on a joint business plan that delivers on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the vendors and bolthires. • Conduct deep dive analysis on vendor issues and publish recommendations and action plans based on data to improve vendor experience. • Success will be measured by the performance of your vendors on input metrics and impact on creating a great customer experience for buying consumers. • Conduct regular WBRs, MBRs with the vendors, highlight business metric performance and building action plans.Skills• 2+ years of sales or account management experience• 2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience• Experience with Excel• Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers• Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts• Experience in relationship management within technology, start-bolthires, or SaaS PlatformsCompany Overview• bolthires is a tech firm with a focus on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.It was founded in 1994, and is headquartered in Seattle, Washington, USA, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
