We value collaboration, flexibility, and professionalism, and we’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our remote team and help supervise RBTs/LBTs while supporting families in reaching their goals. Right now, we are specifically looking for a BCBA for the state of Colorado — this role does not require a Colorado state license and can be fully remote.ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plansSupervise and support RBTs/LBTs in implementing ABA programsMonitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure quality of careProvide parent/caregiver training and supportMaintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical standardsCollaborate with multidisciplinary team membersQualificationsCurrent BCBA certification in good standing (no Colorado license required)Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsExperience with remote supervision preferredPassion for improving the lives of clients and their familiesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceFlexible schedulingFully remote from anywhere in the U.S.Opportunity for long-term collaboration and growthSend your resume1.
