[Remote] Automation Engineer 3

Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) is seeking aSenior Automation Engineer to identify and implement solutions for improving high-quality automation infrastructure. The role involves designing, programming, and testing automated processes while influencing departmental strategy and making decisions on complex technical issues. Responsibilities• Designing and developing data architecture frameworks that facilitate privacy-focused automation across internal platforms.• Integrating automation technologies into both existing and custom-built privacy applications. • Conducting comprehensive system assessments and recommending scalable architectural enhancements. • Implementing automated solutions to improve data handling, consent management, and compliance workflows. • Delivering knowledge transfer and training sessions to internal teams to sustain privacy and automation initiatives. • Evaluating current systems and advising on data flow enhancements and automated controls to strengthen compliance monitoring and minimize manual processes.Skills• Bachelor's degree. • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in technical architecture. • At least 2 years of project leadership experience. • Demonstrated ability to work independently. • Documented experience in data architecture, privacy engineering, and automation technologies. • Experience designing and implementing automated workflows and data integration pipelines. • Proficiency with modern data architecture tools and cloud platforms. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to effectively engage cross-functional stakeholders.• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences. • Software QA testing multi-tier enterprise web.
