Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven Associate Product Manager to enhance our tissue processing and embedding product lines in a fully remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with seasoned product managers and key stakeholders to craft and implement strategic marketing initiatives aimed at advancing product enhancements, introducing new features, and bolstering sales efforts. This position encompasses both upstream and downstream marketing responsibilities, ranging from product development to comprehensive post-launch support.Key Responsibilities • Cultivate an in-depth understanding of tissue processing and embedding, particularly within histopathology. • Spearhead the planning, development, and execution of product management strategies for designated product lines. • Deliver product training and resources to sales and application teams to drive revenue growth and achieve strategic objectives. • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure the successful execution of product-related projects. • Conduct market analysis and solicit customer feedback to pinpoint product opportunities and areas for enhancement.• Define product specifications and recommend enhancements, alongside proposing new products to diversify the portfolio. • Oversee customer evaluations, beta testing, and controlled releases for new offerings. • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and nurture products effectively. Required Skills • Profound understanding of tissue processing and embedding techniques. • Familiarity with upstream and downstream marketing methodologies. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.• Analytical aptitude for interpreting market research and customer insights. Qualifications • Preferred certification/registration (e.g., HT (ASCP), QIHC(ASCP), MT(ASCP)). • A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience within the clinical or research sector, or a comparable blend of education and experience. • At least 3 years of experience in histopathology or a related field. • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
