Job Title:Remote Analyst & Asset Manager (100% Work From Home)Location:Remote from Latin AmericaPosition Type: Full-timeSalary: $2,500 - 3,000 USD/monthSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern TimeJob OverviewOur client executes value-add real estate strategies in supply-constrained leisure markets, with an initial focus on mountain towns in Colorado and the Mountain West.They specialize in self-storage and other essential real estate assets in high-barrier-to-entry submarkets with strong demand fundamentals. They're a hands-on, entrepreneurial team focused on thoughtful growth in unique markets. They currently own and manage 12 self-storage properties around the Mountain West. The Analyst + Asset Manager will play a key role in underwriting new real estate investments, building and maintaining financial models, and managing ongoing reporting for lenders and equity partners.This person will work closely with the leadership team. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, enjoys creating order out of chaos, and wants to be part of building something big. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, capable of diving deep into the numbers while understanding the broader strategic picture behind each investment. Responsibilities• Support underwriting of new real estate acquisitions, developments, and investments across multiple asset types• Build, refine, and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate performance and returns• Prepare materials and updates for lenders, investors, and equity partners• Track and analyze property-level financials and key performance metrics across the portfolio• Assist in preparing investment memos, offering memoranda, and internal deal summaries• Collaborate with operations, development, and accounting teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency• Monitor market trends, comparable sales, lease comps, and other relevant data to inform underwriting assumptions• Participate in asset management activities including budgeting, capital planning, and performance reviews• Help develop systems and processes that bring clarity and structure to a fast-growing organizationExpectations & Growth GoalsTheir goal is to grow our portfolio to 100+ properties over the next two years, with a focus on self-storage assets in high-demand, supply-constrained leisure markets.As an Analyst + Asset Manager, you’re expected to:• Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
