[Remote] AI Consultant - Mortgage Domain

Tavant is seeking a seasoned AI Consultant with expertise in machine learning and deep learning, specifically in the Mortgage Lending domain. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions for enterprise customers, requiring a blend of technical skills and consulting experience. Responsibilities• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions end-to-end. • Engage in pre-sales, solutioning, rapid prototyping, and demo building for enterprise customers.Skills• 12–15 years of total experience in AI/ML, including at least 2+ years in Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI. • Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision. • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.). • Experience across AWS / Azure / GCP for AI solutioning and deployment. • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and API development (FastAPI, Flask). • Familiarity with MLOps / LLMOps tools such as MLflow, Vertex AI Pipelines, Azure ML, or Kubeflow.• Deep understanding of mortgage lifecycle processes and use cases. • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interface with CXOs and technical teams alike. • Experience in vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Azure AI Search). • Knowledge of Responsible AI practices, bias detection, and model interpretability. • Exposure to multi-agent architectures and enterprise AI governance. • MBA or domain certification in mortgage lending or financial services is a plus.
