They are seeking an English-fluent Marketing Director to lead their marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving measurable growth. The role involves managing marketing initiatives, collaborating with sales teams, and optimizing marketing tools to enhance performance. Responsibilities• Lead the overall marketing strategy, aligning all campaigns and initiatives with business and revenue objectives.• Define ICPs, bolthires personas, and pipeline goals to ensure marketing is directly connected to sales outcomes. • Build and manage an integrated channel plan, including digital ads, content, events, roundtables, tradeshows, and email/LinkedIn campaigns. • Develop and manage the marketing budget, making data-driven investment decisions to maximize ROI. • Establish success metrics and implement reporting frameworks to measure impact across the funnel. • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and agencies to ensure funnel hygiene, tracking accuracy, and performance visibility.• Craft and test compelling messaging for the bolthires audience (Sales and HR/L&D leaders). • Lead web and content copy strategy, ensuring consistency and conversion across all assets. • Manage and optimize the marketing stack, including Pipedrive, Instantly, LinkedIn workflows, Clay/Apollo, intent data, and bolthires Analytics. • Act as a key strategic advisor, guiding the marketing department’s evolution through best practices, data insights, and mentorship. Skills• 5- 7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in Sales Tech or Enablement.• Proven track record of driving measurable growth in companies with $2M+ Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). • Experience building and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that directly influence pipeline and sales outcomes. • Hands-on expertise with Pipedrive and other modern tools: Instantly, LinkedIn workflows, Clay/Apollo, intent data, and bolthires Analytics. • Strong analytical acumen with the ability to connect marketing performance to business metrics (CAC, ROI, revenue contribution). • Experience in fast-paced startup environments and a strong understanding of how to scale efficiently.• Leadership mindset, capable of guiding others, owning strategic decisions, and managing with autonomy. • Event marketing, sponsorships, or product-led growth experience is a plus.
