Regulatory Compliance Analyst

ResponsibilitiesRelated Affordable has an exciting opportunity for a hard-working, dynamic Compliance Analyst within our Affordable Housing portfolio. The ideal candidate would be a detail oriented individual accustomed to working on a deadline driven schedule. This position will work remotely and will report to theSenior Director of Compliance. This person must have the ability to function autonomously while also working in conjunction with coworkers located in other areas of the country. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Stay abreast of changes/pending changes in income limits across the affordable housing programs• Update Bands of Affordability accurately and timely• Distribute appropriate notification to Affordable Program teams and Site Staff of changes in rent schedules, income limits, and utility allowances• Ensure the accuracy of income limits and rent schedules• Facilitate quarterly reporting of compliance KPIs to the Directors of Compliance• Process compliance invoices for audits and special projects• Track reporting requirements across the portfolio• Prepare required monthly, quarterly, and annual agency reports and any related tenant event uploads for timely and accurate submission• Collaborate with the compliance and operations teams to correct any annual reporting as needed• Escalate potential compliance risks to theSenior Director of Compliance• Track the marketing efforts of sites required for annual reporting• Maintain compliance file on Smartsheets as assigned• Enroll staff in compliance programs as needed• Special projects and tasks as assignedWHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE• Lots of paid time off (19+ days!) – we value your life outside of work• Customizable total rewards package – pick from our medical, vision and dental options, along with our life insurance and an Employee Assistance Program• Financial wellness perks to set you up for success - such as 401(k), FSA & HSA, employer-paid life and AD&D insurance; paid leave & disability programs• Mental health resources, such as counseling, are available to our team members• Fertility benefits – such as surrogacy, adoption assistance and more!• Paid time off to volunteer and we will match your charitable donations! COMPENSATION RANGE• $60K - $75K per year• Plus annual performance bonusCompensation for this position is dependent on a variety of factors, including individual qualifications and geographical location.
