Asurion, LLC seeks a Quantitative Analyst 2 in Nashville, TN, to conduct in-depth insights-focused analysis to support program growth and optimization. Leverage advanced analytics including NLP, text and voice analytics as needed to understand sales, engagement, and churn drivers. Build and tell compelling data stories to communicate findings, insights and recommendations with stakeholders including senior leadership. Serve as data, analytics, and problem-solving SME to support strategic projects across organization.Support customer retention initiatives and tests with experimental design, reporting and performance analysis. Track product/program roadmap and inform data and analytics requirements and prioritization by partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Solutions, Product and Finance teams. Work with Data Services partners to manage data and analytics requirements and prioritization. Telecommuting is permitted.
