Must have basic understanding of AI/ML Concepts. Experience in backend development using Java/C# (Additional/Preferred). Hands-on experience in BDD frameworks (Cucumber) and UI automation (Playwright), AccelQ, Selenium.Proven experience in API automation for REST and GraphQL services. Strong background in contract testing tools (e.g., Pact, WireMock) and mocking strategies. Expertise in bolthires/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions. Experience in AI-driven test automation or familiarity with AI agents for quality enablement. Demonstrated ability to coach teams, influence best practices, and scale automation maturity across an enterprise. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on driving quality as a shared responsibility.Key Responsibilities:Coach and mentor development and QA teams on implementing Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices. Leverage AI agents to accelerate automation development, test data generation, and root cause analysis, enabling smarter and faster test cycles. Architect and enhance automation frameworks supporting UI, API, and backend testing, including integration with AI-powered testing tools. Lead the implementation of consumer-driven contract testing frameworks to improve service reliability and reduce integration dependencies.Collaborate with teams to design mocking and service virtualization strategies for early integration and faster feedback loops. Drive shift-left adoption by embedding testing into bolthires/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps. Promote containerized testing environments leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for scalability and reproducibility. Work independently with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define, implement, and measure quality goals across projects.
