We are headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia (USA) and continue to grow our international team to improve product quality across time zones.Role OverviewWe’re hiring a QA Analyst based in India to test, validate, and improve Oxygen Forensics software products. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to identify defects, verify fixes, strengthen release quality, and help maintain the reliability our customers depend on. Work HoursThis is a remote position based in India. You must be available to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST). This schedule is required to remain aligned with our U.S.and EMEA development cycles. Responsibilities• Execute manual test cases across Windows environments and Oxygen Forensics products. • Validate new features and enhancements prior to release. • Identify, document, and track defects using our internal tracking tools. • Reproduce issues reported by customers or internal teams and provide detailed steps. • Collaborate with developers to verify fixes and retest resolved issues. • Assist with regression testing during major and minor release cycles. • Maintain accurate test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and reports.• Help improve testing processes and strengthen product quality standards. Qualifications• 2–4 years of experience in software QA or software testing roles. • Strong understanding of Windows OS, system behavior, and application troubleshooting. • Experience writing and executing detailed test cases. • Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Test Rail). • Experience with virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper‑V) is preferred. • Basic understanding of networking concepts; scripting knowledge is a plus.• Clear written and spoken English communication skills. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines. • Experience with cybersecurity or digital forensics software is an advantage.
