Python Data Engineer – Real Estate Data (POC Project)
SummaryWe’re working on a proof of concept in the real estate data space, and we’re looking for someone strong in Python, Pandas, and general data engineering/ML workflows to help bring this POC to life. The main goal right now is to structure and validate data so we can understand whether this project should move forward into a full build. This is not a huge long term project yet, but if you’re great, communicate well, and work with ownership, we absolutely value long term partnerships and would want to keep you onboard.What You’ll Be Working OnThis POC revolves around data organizing it, cleaning it, and helping us extract early signals. Your work will include:• Writing Python scripts for data processing• Using Pandas to clean, transform, and prepare real estate datasets• Assisting with early ML prep (feature engineering, structuring data, etc.)• Helping us validate assumptions so we can decide the next steps• Sharing insights, updates, and recommendations as you find themRequirements• Strong knowledge of Python• Solid experience with Pandas and data manipulation• Comfort with data engineering workflows or ML preprocessing• Clear and proactive communication in English• Ability to work independently and follow through• Bonus (not required): Exposure to real estate data, APIs, or ML projectsTo ApplyPlease share links to relevant projects, GitHub repos, or samples of your work.Apply tot his job
