PT WEEKENDS ONLY Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to at a premier resort. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Greet and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Manage phone systems to assist with reservations, inquiries, and guest requests. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately. Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance guest relations. Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
