Requirements• Advanced academic or professional expertise in a specialized subject (STEM, law, finance, history, cultural studies, etc.).• Strong ability to design high-difficulty, knowledge-intensive questions requiring deep reasoning and external references. • Excellent analytical, writing, and problem-structuring skills. • Experience in academic research, benchmarking, or exam/test design preferred. • Attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality work.
