Project Manager with clinical EMR (Healthie) implementation experience

• If you have not Personally managed a clinical EMR deployment of Healthie as a project manager, DO NOT APPLY*• MUST BE A PMP* OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in clinical Electronic Medical Record implementations (specifically Healthie) to take part in a short-term, high-impact initiative. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, driving project execution, and ensuring successful deployment of clinical EMR workflows across designated practices.The ideal candidate brings a blend of project leadership, healthcare operations knowledge, and hands-on EMR implementation experience. Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage the end-to-end clinical EMR implementation project, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on schedule. • Collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and workflows. • Oversee project tracking, documentation, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies. • Facilitate regular project meetings, provide clear updates, and escalate issues as needed to maintain project momentum.• Coordinate user readiness activities, including testing, training support, and go-live planning. • Ensure alignment between clinical teams and IT resources to support successful adoption and long-term sustainability. • Maintain accurate project artifacts, including status reports, timelines, and decision logs. Required Qualifications• Proven experience managing clinical EMR implementations (eClinicalWorks (ECW), Healthie ). • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, practice operations, and change-management principles.• Minimum 5 years of project management experience within healthcare or health IT. • Exceptional communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. • PMP or related project management certification required. Contract Details• Remote position. • 4–5 month engagement• Start in January 2026• Competitive contract rate commensurate with experience.
