Position: Growth Product Manager (Fintech) –Remote (San Francisco / San Jose)A fast-growing consumer fintech company is looking for a Growth Product Manager to own the onboarding and activation funnel end-to-end and build product-led growth programs that directly accelerate user acquisition, activation, and retention. This is a high-impact role where your work will influence the entire growth trajectory of the product. Remote from San Francisco or San Jose, with monthly travel to Toronto during the first three monthsCQ Search Group - Specialized in Software, Cloud & Cybersecurity Recruitment What You Will Own• Lead and optimize the full onboarding & activation funnel (install → registration → activation → retention).• Run A/B tests, funnel diagnostics, and data-driven experiments to uncover friction and improve conversion. • Design growth initiatives (referrals, incentives, gamification, habit loops) to drive adoption and long-term retention. • Build dashboards and track key funnel metrics including CAC, activation, retention, and LTV. • Collaborate closely with Engineering & Design to ship features that meaningfully improve user experience. • Work with Marketing & BD to align product improvements with acquisition and partnership initiatives.What We’re Looking For• 3–6+ years in growth-focused Product Management roles (consumer apps, fintech, payments, wallets, or rewards strongly preferred). • Mandarin fluency is a must-have (cross-functional collaboration requires it). • Hands-on experience owning activation, onboarding, retention, and conversion funnels. • Strong analytical abilities with experience running A/B tests and structured experiments. • Strong product sense — able to critique flows, identify friction, and propose impactful product improvements.• Experience partnering with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, user-centric features. • Competitive base salary (up to ~$180K depending on experience). • Generous performance bonuses (20–25% of base). • Meaningful stock options / equity. • Full benefits package. • High-growth environment with clear ownership and career progression. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
