Job Description:Senior Product Manager (Contract)Pay: $55–$60 per hour (W2 contract)Location:Remote or Onsite in Richmond, VAContract Type: Contract (Contract-to-Hire Possible, Not Guaranteed)Interview Process:• 1st Round: 30-minute Zoom• 2nd Round: 30-minute ZoomOverviewOur financial services client is seeking aSenior Product Manager to join the Associate Well-Being Experience Product Team.This contractor will play a key role in driving the Benefits product portfolio and shaping the digital experience for associates across the organization. What You’ll Do• Lead the Benefits Product Portfolio to help the company compete for top talent and support associates in all aspects of their well-being. • Deliver simple, seamless, and intuitive experiences that delight associates during critical “moments that matter.”• Identify, validate, and prioritize opportunities within the Workday platform through collaboration with users, business stakeholders, and technical partners.• Design scalable, robust product experiences with a focus on Benefits Open Enrollment and continuous improvement of the end-to-end well-being journey. • Use domain expertise to influence product strategy, roadmap decisions, and long-term platform evolution. • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure successful execution and delivery. QualificationsRequired:• Product Management experience, ideally in enterprise platforms or HR/Benefits domains• Strong skills in discovery, roadmap development, feature definition, and stakeholder engagement• Ability to translate business needs into platform capabilities and partner effectively across technical and non-technical teams• Experience with large-scale digital product deliveryPreferred:• Workday experience (HEAVILY preferred, but other enterprise HRIS experience will be considered)• Background supporting HR, Benefits, Associate Experience, or Well-Being initiativesAdditional Details• Remote work is available, with optional onsite collaboration in Richmond, VA.• While there is potential for contract-to-hire, it is not guaranteed. • The selected contractor will join a high-visibility, high-impact product team making significant contributions to the associate experience.
