Your roleMissionContribute to the group business targets through the improvement of our sourcing processes and methods in order to obtain the lowest total bolthires, not necessarily the lowest price; To define, develop and manage cooperation with our suppliers; To safeguard and continuously improve product, service, and process quality; To optimize the Purchasing process; To search for goods, services, and process innovation; To support Profitable and Sustained Growth; and Strive for innovation in Sustainability and Responsibility through Purchasing.Roles and Responsibilitieso Manage RFx processes, negotiation, and contractingo Managing relationships with suppliers and internal customerso Proactively seek and lead innovative ways to improve the procurement processo Coordinate and communicate purchasing policies and procedures to suppliers and internal Customerso keep the internal customer always updated with the progress of projects or actionso Right and fast execution of strategies to align with business growth and sustainabilityo Manage Suppliers, assigned commodities, and Contractso Create and analyze spending reportso Generate and implement bolthires reduction and quality improvement projectso Assure supplier compliance with the AC Business Code of Conducto Provide training and support related to SAP, SRM, and Purchasing process.o Involve an appropriate number of suppliers in a fair and concise manner for the acquisition of goods and serviceso Implement CO2 reduction initiativeso Track Supplier DiversityTo succeed, you will needQualificationso Experience in sourcing, supply chain, supply management, procurement, or Purchasingo Project Management and/or Contract Management Experienceo Demonstrated business and financial acumeno Experience with SAP or site relevant ERP systems, e-sourcing platforms, RFx and project management toolso Experience with process building and efficiency miningSupervisory ResponsibilityManage supply partners and lead projects.ExperienceFive years of full-time, professional supply management experience (not clerical or administrative);EducationBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Related field preferred, CPSM preferredSkillsManage self, projects, and suppliers with limited supervision; ability to learn commodities, services, and structures; exceptional customer service skills with internal and external stakeholders; able to understand commercial contract language; project tracking; business and mechanical acumen; strong ability to drive projects through completion and lessons learned.TravelOccasional planned domestic and international travel.
